• Our prices include the best and free shipping method that takes about 8-16 days for the product to arrive at your destination. If you wish for your order to arrive earlier, ask us ahead, before the check-out to see what we can do! There are many solutions to satisfy your demands. Only all the "Print on demand" products has shipping fees in check out and can be shipped Worldwide. The delivery time of the sold products and services is specified in the order according to availability, and is confirmed upon acceptance of the order by the COMPANY and is a maximum of (40) days from the time of the sale, unless there is a special different agreement between the parties which is confirmed in writing, by electronic mail. The delivery time may also be affected by the payment method chosen by the customer. Force majeure: The COMPANY is not responsible for delays in the execution of the order (including delivery) due to circumstances that cannot be attributed to the fault of the COMPANY or due to force majeure and therefore the COMPANY is entitled to an extension of time for execution. Indicative examples may be strikes, acts of terrorism, war, floods, fires, supplier / transport / production problems, exchange rate fluctuations, governmental or legislative acts and natural disasters. If such incidents last more than two (2) months, the sales contract may be terminated by either party without compensation. If the Customer considers that he no longer has an interest in the execution of the order, he is entitled to terminate the sales contract and the COMPANY is obliged to refund him the price as well as any other amount paid under the sales contract.

• In our product prices Vat 24% is not included for all European customers.

• We don't collect Vat {Based on Greece Law, Article 39/ 5144/2024}.

• VAT is not applied to orders that are equal to or less than 150 EURO.

• Import VAT and DUTIES are applied to orders that are greater than 150 EURO.

• Import Duties and vat for more than 150 EURO are not applied by us, but in rare cases the customer will be asked to pay them when the package arrives at his destination.

ATTENTION: Some of our products { Ceramics sets, Garden Ornaments, Dinerware, flatware sets and  especialy all large and heavy products and all the products which must be delivered through the PostNL may be delayed {15-45 days} . Also for EGYPT - MOROCCO - TURKEY - RUSSIA the same products may have delayed delivery time about {20-50 days}. Ask us before you buy and we will do the best to satisfy your demands.
